*Less than the minimum people are allowed. However, there is the minimum charge that covers up to that minimum people amount.
Date Reservation Deposit:
Holds event date and time and generates Venue Rental Contract. Upon receipt of Venue Rental Contract Packet, Client will have 10 days to review, sign and return. Reservation deposit becomes non-refundable and deposit amount will be applied to event venue rental total remaining balance.
Children 4 years and younger are free and not counted in guest count minimum.
* We are a venue only and do not provide food/drink in rental cost.
** Remaining balance (balance minus non-refundable reservation hold deposit) is due no later than 30 days prior to event date.
