Date Reservation Deposit:
Holds event date and time and generates Venue Rental Contract. Upon receipt of Venue Rental Contract Packet, Client will have 10 days to review, sign and return. Reservation deposit becomes non-refundable and deposit amount will be applied to event venue rental total remaining balance.

Event Pricing and Venue Rental:
Includes 4-hour event with additional 1-hour setup prior to event and 30-minute cleanup following event commencement = 5.5 hours
(example:11am-12pm setup/12pm-4pm event/4pm-4:30pm cleanup=5.5 hours)
Pricing is same for any/available 5.5-hour event time slot
$33 per guest (guest minimum required)
$38 per guest (guest minimum required)
Children 5 years and younger are free and not counted in guest count minimum.
** Remaining balance (balance minus non-refundable reservation hold deposit) is due no later than 30 days prior to event date.
