Choose Your Island Paradise: Big Island or Li'iLi'i Island

The NOCO Islands are comprised of two distinct and beautifully designed venues, each offering a unique atmosphere and a wide range of amenities.

Big Island

A local event venue since 1999, Big Island is perfect for large gatherings. The island's East and West sides can be reserved individually or together, and each side offers a distinct atmosphere. Your guests will be shuttled directly to your private event location. The island features a dedicated swim beach, docks for easy access, a water trampoline, and options for canoeing and pedal boating.

Li'iLi'i Island

This intimate and secluded island is a perfect escape for smaller, private events. Available from late May through mid-September, Li'iLi'i Island is thoughtfully designed to provide both relaxation and recreation. Guests can enjoy a sand volleyball court, horseshoe pits, and a fire pit. A covered area with a tiki bar, ample refrigerator space, lounge chairs, and picnic tables with umbrellas ensures comfort for all.

We've packed our islands with everything you need to create a memorable day.

• Recreational Amenities: Enjoy swimming, a water trampoline, canoes, pedal boats, inner tubes, a volleyball court, and a horseshoe pit. All life jackets are provided and required for water activities.
• Other Amenities: Our event spaces feature restrooms, decks, pavilions, picnic and serving tables, a commercial grill with propane, and outdoor furniture. We provide shuttle boat transportation for your guests and free parking.

Plan Your Event with Ease

We've made planning your island event as simple and transparent as possible. Our experienced team is here to help you coordinate all the details, from catering to transportation.

Transparent Pricing & Booking Our rental rates are a simple per-person fee, with separate pricing for weekdays and weekends.

• Monday - Thursday: $40 per guest. (Minimum 80 guests for one island, 200 guests for two islands)
• Friday - Sunday: $43 per guest. (Minimum 80 guests for one island, 200 guests for two islands)
• Children: Kids aged 4 and younger are not counted in the guest minimum and are free. A reservation deposit is required to hold your event date, with the final balance due no later than 30 days before the event. Your rental includes a 5.5-hour period, with 4 hours for the event and 1.5 hours for set-up and clean-up.

Your Vendors, Our Support

We welcome your choice of caterers and vendors. We have a dedicated vendor dock at 4171 Kechter Road, and our staff will shuttle supplies to your chosen island. We provide some essential amenities for your vendors, including banquet-size tables, counter space, limited refrigerator space, and propane for commercial grills.

Island Rules & Safety

The safety of our guests is our top priority. All guests aged 18 and older are required to sign a liability waiver. We provide Personal Flotation Devices (PFDs), which are mandatory for all water activities. For the safety of the lake and our guests, several items are prohibited, including glass, pets, fireworks, and marijuana. Alcohol can only be served by a TIPPS Certified Bartender, and guests who are disorderly may be escorted off the property.
