Located on a lake, the NOCO Islands are Colorado’s version of a tropical retreat, being a perfect setting for all your events, including weddings, company outings, family gatherings, and more. With three island destinations, Fort Collins water enthusiasts can spend time in the sun on a private getaway. Date Reservation Deposit:
Holds event date and time and generates Venue Rental Contract. Upon receipt of Venue Rental Contract Packet, Client will have 10 days to review, sign and return. Reservation deposit becomes non-refundable and deposit amount will be applied to event venue rental total remaining balance.
Children 4 years and younger are free and not counted in guest count minimum.

** Remaining balance (balance minus non-refundable reservation hold deposit) is due no later than 30 days prior to event date.

For over twenty years, the NOCO Islands have established themselves as one of Fort Collins’ best kept secrets, allowing water enthusiasts to experience a sliver of paradise in Northern Colorado. With our packages at Island Lake Marine & Sports, you and your closest family and friends can experience the luxury of a private oasis while enjoying lake activities such as swimming, boating, and tubing, among others. While each NOCO Island destination in Fort Collins differs depending on the event's size, the rental price is determined by the day the event takes place. For example, island use Tuesday through Thursday is $35 per person, while Friday through Saturday rentals run $40 per Fort Collins attendee. There’s also a minimum number of attendants required for each island destination, being 80 for the one island, 200 for the two islands, and 400 for the three island destination. However, these numbers can be adjusted if the minimum charge required for the particular island is met. During your five and a half hour time slot, all the island’s amenities are welcome for you to utilize, allowing you to make the most of your time enjoying the NOCO Island event center in Fort Collins!
